DUST HUSTLE - "INAPPROPRIATE DIRT DAYS"

TRACTION is stoked to be part of the Dust Hustle events! The team from Ellaspede are Brisbane-based, independent, custom motorcycle builders and have been great supporters of TRACTION since we started in 2015. Their “Dust Hustle” events are open to all the weird and wonderful motorcycles that could possibly be ridden on the dirt.

Thanks to the team at Ellaspede for giving TRACTION the chance to get involved.

DUST HUSTLE 7 2018

Our quirkiest involvement yet. TRACTION built 5 x 'Postie' bikes for Hustlers to ride at the event. Each bike was named in honour of past graduates of the program. To read more about the day and see photos of the legends who rode for kicks, click HERE.

DUST HUSTLE 5 2017

Dust Hustle 5 (DH5) saw a field of 120+ riders will pilot the most weird, wonderful and woefully unsuitable motorcycles on the professional dirt track in the best damn display of dirt and dust tomfoolery. Thousands of spectators turned out to see some of the best value motorcycle entertainment. TRACTION Mentor Karl piloted a Honda CT110 'postie' around the track this year - check out some photos below.

DUST HUSTLE 4 2017

TRACTION Mentors Rob and Lewis weren't the fastest on the track but had a great time. Rob rode a Honda CT110 “postie”, wrapped in the TRACTION “lightning” colours, and his fearlessness, skill and ability to keep his rad rides on the track captured the awe and attention of another legend ... Toby Price!

DUST HUSTLE 3 2016

TRACTION so it was awesome to have a stall at their “DUST HUSTLE” event for 2016 to showcase the TRACTION program ... AND … ride two of the TRACTION Posties in the clutch-less class!

Thanks to the TRACTION team of volunteers and Bike Mentors who got into the spirit of the day and helped spread the word about how TRACTION empowers young people in need.
